How it Works Weekly Video Lessons Each lesson introduces a question for the week. Students and teachers analyze and discuss primary and secondary source materials to begin investigating social movements and patterns. Collaborative Work In pairs or small groups, students will complete tasks that help them visualize stories and explore a variety of perspectives. Student-Centered Discourse Each lesson culminates with a whole-class discussion to share new understandings and pose new questions. Extend Learning Teachers can choose to extend learning throughout the week with Extras designed to reinforce the concepts and skills introduced
